We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you're not 100%, we offer items to be returned or exchanged if you contact us within 3 days of receiving your delivery. Please follow these simple steps:
- Email email@example.com with the item name and reason for return.
- We will then provide you with the information needed to ship your item(s).
- You are responsible for shipping costs.
- A refund will be issued once we receive the items.
In order for a full refund or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags and accessories attached. Note that sale items, shoes, intimates, dresses, jewelry and swim are FINAL SALE. Sale items also include any special promotions that are held (i.e. Cyber Monday, Black Friday, Flash Sales, etc.)
If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations or damage.
All international purchases are final sale.
